What is PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy can offer the space to explore how our past experiences have come to shape our thoughts and feelings about ourselves and the world we live in. This may include the desire to learn more about ourselves or a significant relationship; or we may find ourselves feeling anxious, fearful or ashamed for no apparent reason.
Psychotherapy can provide us with an opportunity to explore an area of our experience that may feel confusing in a way that makes sense to us.
